CONSTRUCTION OF OGBELLE (OIL ROAD) THE OLD OKPE ROAD/DAFIODE STREET AND "A" DIVISION, WITH THE ADJOINING STREETS IN JEDDO, OKPE LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA
Project Description
The scope of work of the 4,151m length of road includes site clearance and earthworks comprising of removal of topsoil and unsuitable materials sharp river sand fill, cement stabilization and laying of crushed stone base course; concrete works comprising of drains, access slabs, box culverts; pavement surfacing consisting of two layers of Hot Rolled Asphalt (HRA) and thermoplastic road marking.
The project upon completion, will provide durable road networks that facilitate the efficient movement of residents, businesses, commuters, and goods, improve access to residential areas, security facilities, schools, healthcare centres, markets, and other essential public amenities and improve quality of life in Okpe Local Government Area.
