Project Description

The emergency repair works on the NPA Expressway at Uguwangue aim to restore the road to a safe and functional condition by addressing damaged sections, potholes, and drainage issues. This intervention will improve traffic flow, enhance safety for road users, and reduce travel delays. The scope of work includes site clearance and earthworks involving the removal of unsuitable material, earth fill, stone base, and concrete work. It will also include bituminous works involving the regulation of failed sections of pavement using binder course asphalt and overlay of some sections of the carriageway using HRA wearing course asphalt.

The project will also support economic activities by ensuring smoother transportation of goods and services, while contributing to a more accessible and resilient urban environment.
