Project Description

The project titled Production/Printing of 2026 Delta State Calendars and Diaries involves the design, production, and printing of official calendars and diaries for the 2026 year to support government documentation, planning, and official engagements. The project is aimed at providing standardized and high-quality printed materials for official use in line with the communication and administrative needs of the Delta State Government.

The scope of works includes the design, printing, binding, and delivery of the approved quantity of 2026 Delta State calendars and diaries in accordance with specified layouts, branding requirements, and quality standards as contained in the contract documents. All materials are to be produced using durable printing materials, clear text, and approved finishes, and delivered within the stipulated timeframe in compliance with relevant procurement guidelines.
