Project Description
The scope of works for the road includes site clearance, removal of topsoil and unsuitable materials, earthworks, concrete works consisting of the construction of concrete-lined drains, culverts and slabs and pavement works of Hot Rolled Asphalt (HRA) consisting of binder and wearing courses on the entire carriageway with thermoplastic road marking.
The project will provide durable road networks that facilitate the efficient movement of residents, businesses, commuters, and goods, improve access to residential areas, schools, healthcare facilities, markets, and other essential public amenities and contribute to sustainable infrastructure development and improved quality of life in Oshimili North Local Government Area.
