INFRASTRUCTURAL INTERVENTION AT ILABOR PRIMARY SCHOOL, IGBODO, IKA NORTH-EAST LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA.

The Infrastructural Intervention at Ilabor Primary School, Igbodo, Ika North-East Local Government Area, by the Governor of Delta State, His Excellency Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, is aimed at improving the learning environment through the provision and upgrading of key school facilities. The scope of the project includes renovation of administrative headmistress/headmasters' office, construction of 1No. gate house, construction of prototype 4Nos. pupils' toilet, renovation of existing fence, renovation of 1No. 3 classroom block, renovation of 1No. 3 classroom block with an office, renovation of 1No. 2 classroom block, renovation 1No. 7 classroom block with offices, renovation of 1No. 2 classroom block with offices, renovation of 1No. 2 classroom block without offices, construction of 1,500 galons/day capacity solar powered water supply scheme and provision for electricity power supply.

This intervention is designed to strengthen access to quality basic education by improving school conditions, encouraging higher enrollment, and boosting academic performance. It also supports the development of human capital at the grassroots level in line with sustainable development goals for improved educational outcomes.
