The renovation of one six-classroom block with an office at Evwrutu Primary School, Uvwramuge Agbarho, and the renovation of one six-classroom block at Isherhe Primary School, Ovri-Agbarho, Ughelli North Local Government Area, is designed to restore and improve deteriorated educational infrastructure in both schools. The project will involve structural repairs to roofs, walls, ceilings, floors, windows, and doors; refurbishment of classroom interiors; and provision of functional staff office space at Evwrutu Primary School. These works will address current physical deficiencies that limit effective teaching, compromise safety, and reduce the usability of learning spaces.

The intervention aims to provide safe, conducive, and child-friendly classrooms that enhance pupil concentration, attendance, and teacher effectiveness across the two communities. By rehabilitating essential school infrastructure, the project will support improved access to quality primary education and contribute to long-term educational outcomes in Ughelli North LGA. The upgraded facilities will also serve as durable community assets that promote inclusive learning opportunities and help bridge infrastructure gaps between rural and urban schools.
