EXTENSION OF 415V LINE TO THE NEWLY CONSTRUCTED 8NO. 4 BEDROOM DUPLEXES AT THE HONOURABLE COMMISSIONERS QUARTERS, ASABA, OSHIMILI SOUTH LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA.

The project involves the extension of an existing 415-volt low-voltage electrical distribution line to supply power to eight newly constructed four-bedroom duplex residential units located within the Honourable Commissioners’ Quarters in Asaba, Oshimili South Local Government Area of Delta State. The scope of work includes installation of poles, conductors, insulators, service connections, and associated distribution equipment necessary to ensure safe and reliable electricity supply to the housing units. This intervention is aimed at integrating the new residential development into the public power distribution network and ensuring compliance with electrical safety and regulatory standards.

By providing stable grid electricity to the newly built duplexes, the project enhances the habitability and functionality of the Commissioners’ Quarters, supporting improved living standards and operational efficiency for occupants. Access to reliable power will enable lighting, domestic appliances, water pumping, security systems, and other essential residential services, thereby contributing to sustainable urban infrastructure development in Asaba. Ultimately, the project supports government efforts to expand electricity access, strengthen local distribution networks, and promote orderly urban growth within Oshimili South Local Government Area.
