Construction of Diai Street, Idumuje-Ugboko, Aniocha North Local Government Area.

Project Description

The project involves the construction of Diai Street in Idumuje-Ugboko, aimed at improving road access and mobility within the community. Length of road 780m, length of drain 1,600m, clearance width 12m, pavement width 7.3m. The scope of works for the 780m length of road includes site clearance, earthworks involving removal of topsoil, unsuitable material and filling with approved lateritic materials; concrete works comprising drains, culverts and slabs; pavement surfacing consisting of crushed stone base, two layers of Hot Rolled Asphalt (HRA) and thermoplasting road marking.

This intervention will enhance transportation, improve road safety, and facilitate the movement of people and goods. It will also promote economic activities and contribute to the overall development of Aniocha North Local Government Area.
