RECONSTRUCTION OF A SECTION OF JESSE-BOBOROKO ROAD FROM IDJERHE GRAMMAR SCHOOL TO THE BRIDGE BEFORE UGBOMOJA WATERSIDE JNCTION, JESSE, ETHIOPE WEST LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA

The reconstruction of a section of the Jesse–Boboroko Road from Idjerhe Grammar School to the bridge before Ugbomoja Waterside Junction in Jesse, Ethiope West Local Government Area, by Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori. The road involves 2,230m length, 7.3m width, 1,861.5m3 scarification, 4,420m length drains and 1,165m length of discharge drains.
The scope of works for the road includes site clearance, scarification, removal of unsuitable materials, sharp river sand fill, concrete works comprising of conrete drains, culverts, access slabs and pavement surfacing consisting of crushed stone-base and two layers of Hot Rolled Asphalt (HRA) as well as thermoplastic road marking.
The project will provide a durable road network that enhances connectivity between residential communities, educational institutions, and commercial centers, facilitates the efficient movement of people, agricultural produce, and goods, reduces vehicle operating costs, improves access to the Ugbomoja Waterside area, stimulates local commerce and investment, and contributes to sustainable infrastructure development and improved quality of life in Ethiope West Local Government Area.
