Project Description

The construction of Ikidioka Street (Phase II) and Adu Street, Eku, in Ethiope East Local Government Area, by Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, is aimed at improving road infrastructure and accessibility within the community. The project involves 0.460km length, 9m clearance width and 6.0m pavement width.
The scope of work for the road includes site clearance, removal of unsuitable materials, earthworks, construction of culverts, kerbs, slabs, stone base and pavement works consisting of two (2) layers of Hot Rolled Asphalt of binder and wearing courses with thermoplastic road marking.
The project will provide better and more durable road networks, improve the movement of residents and goods, enhance access to homes, businesses and essential services, reduce transportation difficulties, support commercial activities, and contribute to improved connectivity and sustainable community development in Ethiope East Local Government Area.
