DEVELOPMENT OF EXTERNAL WORK AT SOME FACILITIES AT SOUTHERN DELTA UNIVERSITY, OREROKPE CAMPUS

The project titled Development of External Works at Some Facilities at Southern Delta University, Orerokpe Campus involves the execution of approved civil and environmental works aimed at improving the functionality, accessibility, and aesthetic quality of the university environment. The project is designed to support the effective use of existing facilities by providing well-planned external infrastructure in line with the development objectives of Southern Delta University and the Delta State Government.

The scope of works includes site clearing, earthworks, landscaping, paving, drainage construction, walkways, kerbs, and other associated external works as detailed in the approved drawings and contract documents. All construction activities are being carried out in accordance with relevant engineering standards, environmental regulations, and safety requirements prescribed by the Delta State Ministry. Upon completion, the project is expected to enhance environmental orderliness, improve pedestrian and vehicular movement, and contribute to a conducive academic and institutional environment at the Orerokpe Campus.
