Project Description

The rehabilitation and asphalt overlay of Okorodudu–Enerhen Road in Uvwie Local Government Area by the Executive Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, is aimed at improving the condition of the road network for safer and more efficient transportation. The project involves 3,237m of road, 4,500m of drainage and 7.3m pavement width. The scope of work for the 3,237m length of road includes site clearance, earthwork, concrete works and pavement surfacing, rehabilitation of failed sections, asphalt overlay, drainage improvement, and strengthening of the road structure to enhance durability and ease of movement.

This project will improve connectivity between communities and promote smooth transportation of people and goods within the area. It will also support commercial and social activities, improve road safety for motorists and pedestrians, and contribute to the socio-economic development of the benefiting communities in Uvwie Local Government Area.
