The upgrade of the E-Procurement System (E-GPS Version 2.0) for the Delta State Public Procurement Commission by Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori is aimed at modernizing the State's electronic public procurement platform to improve transparency, efficiency, and accountability in government procurement processes. The upgraded system will streamline procurement planning, bidding, contract management, and reporting, reduce processing time and administrative costs, strengthen compliance with procurement regulations, enhance transparency and public confidence, improve service delivery through digital governance, and support sustainable economic development by ensuring a more competitive and efficient procurement system in Delta State.
