Project Description

The construction of the Air Force Housing Estate Clinic Road to Bishop House in Jeddo, Okpe Local Government Area, by Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, is aimed at improving road connectivity and accessibility through the construction of a durable road linking key residential and institutional areas. The project includes 630m length of road, 8m of pavement width and 11m of clearance width.
The scope of work includes site clearance, removal of unsuitable materials, sharp river sand fill, concrete works comprising of concrete drains, culverts, access slabs and pavement surfacing consisting of crushed stone base and two layers of hot rolled asphalt (HRA), as well as thermoplastic road marking. The project will facilitate the movement of people, goods, and services, improve access to healthcare and community facilities, stimulate socio-economic activities, and contribute to sustainable infrastructure development in Okpe Local Government Area.
