Project Description

The installation of all-in-one LED solar-powered street lights in Warri South-West Local Government Area and parts of Uvwie Local Government Area, by Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, is aimed at improving public lighting infrastructure through the deployment of energy-efficient, solar-powered street lighting systems. The project will enhance security and public safety, improve nighttime visibility for motorists and pedestrians, reduce dependence on conventional electricity, lower energy and maintenance costs, promote environmentally sustainable development through the use of renewable energy, support commercial and social activities after dark, and contribute to improved living standards and sustainable urban development in Warri South-West and Uvwie Local Government Areas.
