Project Description

The construction of Ugbala Road, Owa Alero, in Ika North-East Local Government Area, under the administration of Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, the Executive Governor of Delta State, is aiming to improve the road network and enhance accessibility within the community. The project involves 2,983m length, 12m width, 7.3m pavement width and 5,486lm length of drain. The scope of work for the road includes site clearance, removal of topsoil and unsuitable materials, earthfill with lateritic materials, crushed stone base, concrete works consisting of construction of drains, culverts, access slabs, pavement surfacing consisting of binder and wearing courses and thermoplastic road markings.

This intervention will improve transportation and enhance the movement of people, goods, and services within the area. It will also promote economic activities, improve road safety, and contribute to the socio-economic development of Owa Alero and surrounding communities.
