Establishment of ICT and Computer-Based Test (CBT) Hub in Onicha-Olona, Aniocha North LGA

Project Description

The project involves the establishment and commissioning of a state-of-the-art ICT and Computer-Based Test (CBT) Hub in Onicha-Olona, Aniocha North Local Government Area of Delta State. The facility, constructed by the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC) as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility and equipped by the Delta State Ministry of Science and Technology, is designed to enhance digital learning and access to modern ICT resources. With 300 fully equipped workstations, the hub will support computer-based examinations, digital literacy training, coding, application development, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and other technology-driven skills, thereby preparing youths for opportunities in the 21st-century digital economy. The project aligns with the Governor’s M.O.R.E Agenda on human capital development and digital inclusion.
